Reaching Out In Love

It's no surprise that "reaching out" is integral to the mission of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

The people of Immanuel Lutheran Church are living proof of the Grace of God through salvation in Jesus Christ.

Empowered by Christ, our mission is to reach out in love to those who have not yet responded to the Gospel that all may be united in Christ.

Our Women of Immanuel are a wonderful example of people who have reached out in love to others.  The Prayer Shawl Ministry spearheaded by the Women of Immanuel brings volunteers together to knit shawls that are given to people who are hospitalized, homebound or undergoing rehabilitation or treatment.  These special gifts are a blessing that often come at the most difficult and lonely times.

Immanuel Lutheran Church's dedication to the Kenya mission is another excellent example of our church members reaching out in love to help spread the news of Jesus Christ.  Donations of eyewear, quilts, supplies and financial support have only been surpassed by your prayers for the teams that have worked so successfully to grow the mission in Kenya and spread the new of Jesus Christ.

These are just two of the many, many ways in which you can reach out in love to others.
