Scouting.  Because Character Counts!

The high honor of scouting is the Eagle Award. 

Reaching for this type of goal takes a young person down a long and guided path that teaches ethics, morals and values that are critical thinking components to building personal character. 

Not "character" in the cartoon or comic book sense, but character that guides a person through a life of important decisions that drive everything from education to employment and most importantly in relationships with others.
