Extended Care - Study and Activities
Extended care is a student study and activities program. When one or more parents work, early morning and end of day schedules are often hard to manage. Often, time that is desperately needed to focus on homework is lost because families become just too busy. For this reason, Immanuel Lutheran School offers Extended Care for its students.
When students are enrolled in the Extended Care program, in addition to doing homework and getting assistance with homework, they can use the time at the beginning and end of the day to work on the computers, play games, do arts and crafts, play outside or in the gym.
Extended care opens at 11:30 AM and closes at 6:00 PM. And, Fridays are always movie and popcorn day! (Snacks and drinks are provided for the students in this program.)
You can register for Extended Care when you are registering your child for day school or pre-school at Immanuel Lutheran School. Download the Registration Form HERE!
