Pastor’s Welcome
HELLO! Welcome to the website of Immanuel Lutheran Church and School. We’re glad you’re here.

If it’s directions to our church, information about our school, or even if you’re just “looking around” you’ve come to the right place!

By God’s grace Immanuel Lutheran has been meeting the needs of individuals and families in central Connecticut for 125 years! During that time a lot has changed; but one thing that will never change is God’s love for us in Jesus Christ! So that’s what we’re all about: sharing God’s love in everything that we do.

Join us at one of our Divine Services on Sunday morning, or attend one of our school activities. You’ll see lots of smiles, and you’ll have the chance to meet people who care about the most important things in life – and that includes YOU!

Please take the time to learn about all the ways that Immanuel can help you and/or your family. It would be our privilege to do so.

Questions? Call us. We’d love to hear from you!

God bless you!

Pastor Kevin Karner

Our Mission
The people of Immanuel Lutheran Church are living proof of the Grace of God through salvation in Jesus Christ.

Empowered by Christ, our mission is to reach out in love to those who have not yet responded to the Gospel that all may be united in Christ.

What We Believe
Immanuel Lutheran Church is a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri-Synod.  Also known as LCMS, we follow its teachings and practices.

Being “Lutheran,” means that we accept and teach the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther.  The teachings that inspired the reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th century. The teaching of Martin Luther and the reformers can be summarized in three short phrases:

Grace alone, Faith alone, Scripture alone.
